SUMMER SIPS WITH PRETTY PINK POSH

Hello Crafty Friends! Welcome to the final day of the Pretty Pink Posh Summer Collection Instagram Hop and Giveaway! For today’s project, I created a fun box card scalloped shadow box card featuring Happy Hibiscus, Summer Sips, Summer Bucket Additions, and the Layered Hibiscus Stencil Collection from the latest release.

To create the background, I ink blended the Layered Hibiscus Stencil Collection using Kitsch Flamingo, Spun Sugar, Mustard Seed, Dried Marigold, and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides. I then die cut the all the pieces for the Scalloped Shadow Box Card with Woodgrain Cardstock. The side and front panels were die cut from the stenciled hibiscus background, while the back panel was cut from white cardstock and ink blended with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide.

Next, I die cut the sun from the Summer Bucket Additions Set and ink blended it with Carved Pumpkin and Mustard Seed Distress Oxides. After lightly splattering it with water, I set it aside to dry before assembling the scalloped box card.

I stamped and die cut all of the images using the coordinating dies, then colored them with Copic Markers listed below. Once everything was assembled, I adhered the images to the scalloped box card base and finished the design with a white heat embossed “Aloha” on black cardstock.
