Hello Crafty Friends! Today is Release Day at Papertrey Ink, and I’m so excited to share this Build-A-Bear card featuring products from the latest release! I had so much fun creating this adorable little bear for my project! the Build-A-Bear set comes with a sweater, cap, and patriotic accessories.
I started by die cutting a quilted background from A2 white cardstock using the Handmade Quilt Coverplate Die. Next, I die cut the adorable bear from Build-A-Bear using Vintage Cream and Fine Linen Cardstock, then softly ink blended the outer edges with Fine Linen Ink. The eyes were die cut from black cardstock, while the nose was cut from white cardstock and ink blended with Gathered Twigs Distress Oxide. For the cheeks, lightly ink blended Spun Sugar Distress Oxide to create a soft rosy glow.

The sweater was die cut from Enchanted Evening Cardstock and the flag details were created with Enchanted Evening and Pure Poppy Cardstock. I also added a cute cap using Enchanted Evening Cardstock along with patterned paper from the Dark Indigo Pattern Pack.
To finish the design, I embellished the card with stars from the Stitched Starry Skies Die Collection and hearts from the Build-A-Bear Set. The sentiment “O’ Beautiful For Spacious Skies, ” is from the Land That I Love Stamp Set and I completed the card with a patterned border using paper from the Dark Indigo Pattern Pack.
Thanks so much for joining me! Please be sure to check out all the fun new products from the latest Papertrey Ink release!
