Hello Crafty Friends! Yay- it’s Papertrey Ink’s release day! I’m so excited to share a card featuring a sweet stack of presents using the new Wrapped In Love Stamp Set & Dies, framed with the beautiful Filigree Frame. I paired bold blue florals and stripes, then finished it off with a pretty pink bow and fresh pops of green to add a little extra birthday cheer.
To begin, I stamped a light and airy floral background onto A2 white cardstock using the rose from Such A Treasure in Spring Rain ink. Next, I hot foiled the delicate Filigree Frame in gold foil onto white cardstock, trimmed it by hand, and softly ink blended the center with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide.
I stamped and die cut the presents with Blueberry Sky ink and bow with Pale Peony ink.
I adhered the foiled frame onto the floral background, then layered the presents and bow on top for dimension. I die cut some greenery from Into The Blooms: Bags Of Blossom and inked the flowers with Pale Peony and Lovely Lady and the leaves with Green Parakeet and Simply Chartreuse. I tucked the florals around the stack of gifts for extra detail.
To finish, I added a black stamped sentiment from the set and a crystal gem to the bow for a little sparkle.
