HOME IS WHEREVER YOU ARE WITH PAPERTREY INK

Hello Crafty Friends! Today I’m sharing a home-inspired card created with Papertrey Ink’s Home Is Where The Heart Is set from the latest release. This collection also includes a coordinating mini stamp set filled with thoughtful home-themed sentiments, making it perfect for a wide variety of occasions centered around home and family.

To begin, I die cut a white textured background panel using the Handmade Quilted Coverplate. Next, I die cut the background layer out of white cardstock using the largest die from Love to Layer: Polished Points Die. I softly ink blended the edges with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide and adhered the panel onto the white quilted background.

I then die cut the house and greenery pieces from the Home is Where the Heart Is set and ink blended each element using the following Distress Oxides:

Reds : Festive Berries

Pinks: Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo

Blues: Tumbled Glass, Chipped Sapphire

Greens: Mowed Lawn, Bundled Sage, Rustic Wilderness

Once all the pieces were ink blended, I assembled and adhered everything together onto the card front.

To finish the card, I added a stamped “Home Is Wherever You Are” sentiment, keeping the design clean and cozy.
