COZY CATS WITH LAWN FAWN

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I’m sharing a light-up holiday card featuring the adorable Cozy Cats from Lawn Fawn’s newest release! This set is full of sweet kitties, all dressed up for the season!

I began by trimming an A2 panel from ruby cardstock in the All The Sparkles pack. I layered a white panel die-cut with the Quilted Diamond Backdrop overtop.

For the window frame, I die-cut the four square frame using diamond cardstock from the same set and adhered a piece of A2 acetate behind it.

Next, I die cut the Build-A-Christmas Tree and ink blended it with Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxides. I ink blended the star with Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade, and I finished it with a garland die cut from gold metallic cardstock.

I stamped, die cut, and colored the kitties with Copic Markers listed below.

To make the curtains, I partially die cut the Window Frame curtains, extended the length by trimming. I ink blended the curtains with Festive Berries and added some white highlights with a white gel pen.

I arranged the images (3 cats, tree, curtains) onto the Quilted Diamond Backdrop. I punched holes in the star, ornament, and coffee cup. I layered the panel over the ruby base to mark the light placements. I adhered the E-Z light battery pack onto the bottom right corner of the panel and adhered the lights on the marked spots.

To finish the scene, I adhered the Window frame overtop with foam tape and adhered the remaining kitties. I added a “Push Here” button.

I finished the card with White Heat Embossed “have a cozy winter!” from the set.
