Hello Crafty Friends! I’m back with another baby-themed card, this time featuring the In Stitches: Onesies Die from Papertrey Ink’s fabulous May Release.
To start, I created a cheerful plaid background on A2 White Cardstock using the Perfect Presents Stencil with Mowed Lawn and Salty Ocean Distress Oxides.
Next, I die cut a stitched panel using Love To Layer: Rectangle Dies from White Cardstock. I added some texture with the Quilted Die Coverplate.
For the onesie, I used the Camouflage Stencil to ink blend a fun camo pattern with Spring Rain, Blueberry Sky, and Tranquil Inks. I blended the trims separately using New Leaf Ink, and added a few buttons for a playful detail.
The rattle was lightly ink blended with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide, and I glued on some confetti pieces.
To complete the design, I added a clothesline by punching two small holes in the top corners of the panel and threading through some twine.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment from This Is Big: Baby in Blueberry Sky and Black Ink to tie everything together.
