EASTER EGG HUNT WITH PAPERTREY INK

Hello Crafty Friends! I am sharing an Easter card created with the cute Easter in Frames set from Papertrey Ink’s new March Release which is available today at 12PM ET!

To start, I die cut the frame out of White Cardstock. I ink blended the background with Salty Ocean Distress Oxide. I outlined the clouds with Copic Markers listed below. I adhered the background and frame onto a 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ White Cardstock. I die cut the grass pieces and ink blended with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide. I splattered some green watercolour for added interest. Next, I die cut the suns out of White Cardstock and ink blended with Dried Marigold, Mustard Seed, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides. I splattered some orange watercolour on the largest sun for added interest.

I stamped the bunnies and coloured the bunnies with Copic Markers listed below. I stamped the trees with New Leaf Dye Ink and Doe Ink. I stamped the sign with Lilac Grace Dye Ink and the baskets with Candy Violet Ink.

I die cut some easter eggs out of White Cardstock and ink blended the eggs with Salty Ocean, Dried Marigold, and Wilted Violet Distress Oxides. I adhered the images onto the front panel.

I then stamped the egg hunt sign and “Easter” sentiment with Momento Black Ink and I Gold Heat embossed “Blessings.”

I adhered the panel onto a white postage frame and an A2 gingham background. I finished off the card with a white bow from Bows Galore and some gold enamel dots!
