Hello Crafty Friends! I am sharing some cute party bags created with Papertrey Ink’s Build-A-Party Hat die set.
To start, I created the treat bag by die cutting dotted cardstock with the Scalloped Treat Box die. I adhered the treat bag together with glue. Next I die cut two stitched circles from Love To Layer: Stitched Circle Die with Sweet Blush Cardstock and adhered two vellum circles overtop.

To make the party hat, I die cut the two hats out of White Cardstock using Build-A- Party Hat Die. I added some diagonal stripes onto the hats by ink blending the hats using Watercolor Plaid Stencil with Kirsch Flamingo, Spun Sugar Distress Oxides, and Lisa Horton’s Solid Gold Metallic Pigment Ink. I die cut hat toppers and fringes out of pink and metallic gold tissue paper.

I added a “Make A Wish” sentiment from the Line It Up: Birthday Die set. I added some confetti from the Party Hat set for extra details.
