SANTA’S WORKSHOP WITH LAWN FAWN

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing another card created for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #177, Christmas in July. This time, I used the Ta-Da! Shop Add-On to create a Santa’s Workshop diorama.

To start, I die cut the front and sides of the Ta-Da! Diorama with White Cardstock. I ink blended the front and sides with Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide using the Brick Stencil. I splattered the front and sides with some dark red water color for added texture and put the panels aside to dry. Next, I die cut the back of the Ta-Da! Diorama with paper from What’s Sewing On? Petite Paper Pack. I then die cut the canopy and window frame with the TA-Da! Diorama! Shop Add-On with paper from Really Rainbow Petite Paper Pack.

I die cut the bottom inserts and the shelf with Coffee Table Cardstock. I added a thin border on the bottom inserts using the same paper as the background. I White Heat Embossed “you’re on my nice list” onto the front bottom insert.

Next, I die cut the garland with Christmas Garland. I ink blended the garland with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide and I added some snow with a Snow Writer. I ink blended the bow and the berries with Festive Berries Distress Oxide. I set the garland aside to dry.

I die cut snow accents with the following dies: ice cream die from I scream, you scream, rooftop die from Winter Village, and Stitched Hillside Borders. I coloured the edges with Copic Markers listed below and added some glittery highlights with Ranger Stickles Star Dust.

I stamped and die cut the images with the coordinating dies and coloured the images with Copic Markers listed below. I pieced the diorama together and adhered the images. I finished off the diorama with a White Heat Embossed “Merry Christmas” on top of the card.
