MERRY FRIENDS WITH HELLO BLUEBIRD

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing a holiday card created with another cute set from Hello Bluebird’s Holiday Release. For this card, I used the adorable Merry Friends set. This set features a variety of cute winter foxes.

To start, I die cut the background using the Snowy Countryside Square Scene Die. This die makes a 51/4″ x 51/4″ square card. I ink blended the sky background with Salvage Patina, Tumbled Glass, and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxides. I ink blended the snow hills with Salty Ocean and Salvage Patina Distress Oxides. I stamped the bottom snow hill with a sentiment from the Merry Friends set. I added some Snowy glitter on the edges of the snow hills. I splattered some white acrylic paint onto the sky. I set all the pieces aside to dry. I lightly coloured the edges of the trees and house with Copic Marker C0 and the windows of the house with Y14, Y11, Y000.

I stamped and and die cut with the coordinating dies the cute foxes and presents from the Merry Friends set. I added some lampposts and wreaths. I coloured all the images with Copic Markers listed below.

I adhered the snow hills, sky, house, and trees onto 51/4″ x 51/4″ White Cardstock. I adhered the images onto the front panel with foam tape for dimension. To finish the card, I added some falling snow with Nuvo Simply White Crystal Drops and some die cut snowflakes.
