Hello Crafty Friends! It’s time for a new Challenge at Lawn Fawnatics! Challenge #157 is Awesome Autumn! For this Challenge, I was inspired by a Corn Maze. We will be visiting our local one soon and I can’t wait!
To start, I die cut White Card Stock using the largest rectangle from Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables. I inked the bottom of the panel with Antique Linen Distress Oxide and splattered the same oxide mixed with some water onto the bottom area. Next, I used the Cloudy Stencil and gently inked some clouds with Salvage Patina and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxides. I then placed the Maze die on the center of the panel and ran it through my die cut machine.
For the maze background, I trimmed a piece of White Card Stock to 51/4″W x 4″H. I inked the card stock with Gathered Twigs and Antique Linen Distress Oxides. I splattered some white acrylic and brown water-colour onto the card stock for added detail.
I turned the front panel over and adhered foam tape around the edges. I adhered the panel onto the maze background.

I stamped the corn stalks with Celery Stalk and Cilantro ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. I stamped and die cut all the other images and coloured the images with Copic Markers listed below.
I finished off the card with a White Heat Embossed Sentiment and a border using paper from the Fruit Salad Petite Paper Pack.
The Challenge is open until Sunday, October 1st at 11:59PM ET. All entries will have a chance to receive a $50 Lawn Fawn gift card and you will also have a chance to be featured in the Lawn Fawnatics Blog!
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you like my card!
