Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing another project created for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #144- All Things Birthday. This time, I thought it would be fun to create some Sewing Themed Birthday Party items; party invitation, banner, and cupcake wrappers, and toppers.
Birthday Party Invite
To start, I die cut a lace frame out of paper from the Flower Market Collection Pack using the largest die in the Fancy Scalloped Rectangles set. Next, I die cut a white background with the Sunburst Backdrop. I trimmed the white background with the largest rectangle from the Large Stitched 4 Bar Rectangles set. I adhered the white background onto the fancy frame.
Next, I die cut the embroidery hoop using paper from the same set. To make the shaker, I die cut another embroidery hoop frame with double sided foam. I then die cut a circle from Circle Stackables out of acetate. I glued the acetate onto the frame and then adhered the foam hoop onto the acetate. I added some mini buttons and crystal embellishments onto the base of the embroidery and adhered the foam hoop with the acetate onto the top of the base. I then glued the hoop onto the white card background.
I stamped and die cut the images from Sew Very Mice and Sewn With Love and coloured them with Copic Markers listed below. I added a border on the bottom using Raffle Tickets. Next, I die cut the word “PARTY” with paper from the same set and also with paper from Pink Textured Canvas Cardstock.
I added “Sew”from Sewn With Love stamped in Pink Flamingo Ink. I then added a White Heat embossed sentiment “MUCH FUN.” I finished off the card by adhering it onto an A2 white card base and adhered a few crystals onto the card.

Banner
I die cut the banner using Stitched Party Banners. I then die cut the word sew onto white fancy scalloped circles using Louie’s ABCs. I adhered the with scalloped circles onto the banners and threaded the banner pieces with white ribbon.
Cupcake Wrapper/ Topper
I die cut the wrappers using Stitched Scalloped Cupcake Wrapper. I die cut white scalloped circles from Fancy Scalloped Circle Stackables and patterned circles using Scalloped Circles Stackables. I stamped and die cut images from Sew Very Mice and Sewn With Love and coloured the images with Copics listed below. I adhered the images onto the scalloped circle backgrounds. I glued lollipop sticks onto the back of each topper and then glued another scalloped circle onto the back to cover the stick.

Thanks so much for joining me today, the Challenge is open until Sunday, March 19th at 11:59PM ET. All entries will have a chance to win a $50 Lawn Fawn gift certificate and you will also have a chance to be featured in the Lawn Fawnatics Blog! Have a lovely week!
