Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing another card created for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #131- Change a Scene. I used the Magic Picture Changer die again as it’s my favourite die for changing scenes. There are so many different scenes you can create with this die when you let your imagination flow. For this card, I was inspired by my son’s love for football. Currently, he is not playing for any teams as we just relocated but in my eyes he is an All-Star regardless š
To start, I die cut two pieces of White Cardstock with the Magic Picture Changer pieces. I stamped the first piece (A) with the football player, football and clouds from the All-Star set. I masked the stamped images and inked blended the sky with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I masked the grass area with two thin strips of masking paper and ink blended with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide. I inked blended the solid area of (A) with Manatee Ink. This will be the back of the jumbotron (scoreboard). I removed the masking paper and I coloured the images with Copic Markers listed below.
I stamped the second piece (B) with the goalpost, football, and clouds. I masked the stamped images and ink blended the sky with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I masked the grass area with two thin strips of masking paper and ink blended with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide. I ink blended the circled area pictured below with Manatee Ink. This is the slider to pull the picture. I removed the masking paper and I coloured the images with Copic Markers listed below. I then weaved the A & B together to form the mechanism.

To make the jumbotron (scoreboard), I ink blended the Magic Picture Add-On with Manatee Ink. I added pieces die cut from the Oven Add-On. I white heat embossed the numbers, “HOME,”GUEST,” and “LET’S GO” onto Black Cardstock and trimmed the Cardstock to fit onto the jumbotron (scoreboard). I adhered the jumbotron (scoreboard) onto the Platform Pop-Up. Next, I die cut the Stadium Seating out of White Cardstock and Grey Shimmer Cardstock (bench seats). I scored the seat to fold at the sides and attached it onto the Platform Pop-Up.

I stamped, coloured and die cut the football fans, trophy, and stars and adhered the images onto the Platform Pop-Up. I finished off the card by adding a Grassy Border ink blended with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide and a White Heat Embossed Sentiment from “Let’s Go Nuts”
The Challenge is open until September 4th at 11:59pm ET. All entries will have a chance to win a $50 Lawn Fawn gift certificate and you will also have a chance to be featured in the Lawn Fawnatics Blog!
Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope you like my card š

I like this ‘simple animation’ on the TV screen. I guess kids may love it too!
