Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing my second card for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #126- Beach Vs. Mountains. As I will be moving closer to the mountains at the end of this month, I will be saying bye bye beach and hello mountains!

I started off by die cutting the Platform and Platform Add-On (sky background piece) out of White Cardstock. I ink blended the Platform Add-On using Tumbled Glass Ink with the Cloudy Stencil on both the front and back sides. Next I die cut three mountain borders using the Stitched Mountain Borders. I ink blended the borders using Hippo Ink and I added Clear Glaze on the mountain tops for a glossy effect. I then trimmed one mountain border to fit the Platform Add-On and scored the folded areas before adhering it onto the Platform Add-On.
For the two mountain borders in the front, I trimmed the pieces to fit the width of the platform. I die cut two tree borders from Forest Border and ink blended with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks. I trimmed the tree borders to fit the mountain pieces and glued them on.

For the Platform, I made a stencil out of the trees in Build-A-Campsite and I ink blended the trees and the grass with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks. I masked off the trees and ink blended the sky with Tumbled Glass Ink using the Cloudy Stencil. I then die cut two strips of grass using the Grassy Border and ink blended with the same colors that I used for the trees.
I put the Platform together and attached the Add-On. To make the two zip lines, I stamped and die cut the bird line in the Season’s Tweetings set and trimmed each piece to 3″ wide. For the back zip line, I cut three strips of acetate of the following sizes : .2″ x 3″, .2″ x 2.5″, .2″ x 3″ and glued them onto the back T-back shaped base in the same order. For the front zip line, cut two strips of acetate of the following sizes: .2″ x 1.5″ and .2″ x 2″ and glued them to the back of the mountains.
I adhered the zipline, critters and clouds coloured with Copic Markers listed below. The camp sign and fire was die cut from Build-A-Campsite. The sign was ink blended with Antique Distress Oxide. The Fire was ink blended using Lemonade, Lobster and Carrot Ink and the logs were die cut using Light Brown Woodgrain Cardstock.

The tent was made using the inside piece of the tent from Build-A Campsite with cardstock from Perfectly Plaid Remix and Perfectly Plaid Chill.
I finished off the pop up card by adhering the two strips of grass around the platform base and added a white heat embossed sentiment and that’s it!

The Challenge is open until Sunday, June 19th at 11:59PM ET. All entries will have a chance to win a $50 Lawn Fawn gift certificate and you will also have a chance to be featured in the Lawn Fawnatics Blog!
