Hello Crafty Friends! I’m feeling the green vibes today and sharing a lucky clover card created with the Lucky Animals stamp set, Shamrock Border, and Decorative Shamrock from Pretty Pink Posh’s latest release!
I started by die cutting a scalloped background using the Scalloped Pierced Plate from white cardstock. Next, I die cut two shamrock bases, one from dark green cardstock and the other one from white. Next, I also die cut four decorative shamrocks from light, medium, dark green and white cardstock.
I punched out all the tiny clovers from the white shamrock and adhered it over the white base. I added glue to each clover opening, then punched and layered the light, medium, and dark green clovers into the indents starting from the bottom dark to light.
I adhered the finished shamrock slightly overlapping the dark green shamrock base.
I die cut the Shamrock Border from light green cardstock and added the individual shamrocks from the set in three shades of green and adhered them onto the border.
Next, I stamped and die cut the sweet ducks using the coordinating dies and colored them with Copic Markers listed below.
For the sentiments, I added a black stamped “Lucky” sentiment and a White Heat Embossed “To Be Your Friend” sentiment from the set. I finished the card with a crisp white border and a few gold gems for sparkle.
