Hello Crafty Friends! Yay! It’s officially spring and I’m so excited to share a Spring-Easter themed card featuring the new Egg Hunt dies and Tiers of Cheers stamp set from Papertrey Ink’s newest release.
To start, I stamped a White Cardstock panel sized 4″ x 5.25″ with “blessing” stamps using Versamark ink. I then sprinkled White Pearl Embossing Powder across the panel and heat embossed the wording. I set the panel aside to dry.
Next, I die cut an egg background using the largest die in the Egg Hunt die set, cutting two eggs -one from White Cardstock and the other from acetate. I then used the coordinating stencil to ink blend the white egg with Salty Ocean and Salvaged Patina Distress Oxides.
To create the shaker element, I nested the second largest die inside the largest egg die and ran it through my die-cutting machine over White Cardstock, repeating the process with a double sided foam sheet. I then:
- Adhered the acetate egg onto the white egg frame.
- Attached the foam tape egg frame to the back of the acetate egg.
- Placed sequins on the egg background.
- Removed the backing from the foam tape and adhered it over the egg background.

I ink blended some left over White Cardstock with Salty Ocean, Salvage Patina and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxides. I die cut the pretty frame using the Perfectly Coiled Rectangle die. I adhered the coiled rectangle onto my background.
I stamped some adorable bunnies from Tiers of Cheer Easter set using blue ink and die cut them with the coordinating dies.
To embellish, I added some flowers and leaves from Into The Blooms: Radiant Floral Dies, ink blending them with the same distress oxides.
To complete the card, I stamped a sentiment in black from Thoughts of Spring Sentiments set and framed the card with a white border.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you like my card as much as I enjoyed creating it!
