DISNEY VACATION WITH LAWN FAWN

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing a fun Disney inspired card created for the current Lawn Fawnatics Challenge, Critters on Vacation. I love visiting Disney parks as there is always something magical about Disney. As such, I had to create a card featuring a trip to the happiest place on earth!

To start, I die cut the background panel with white cardstock using the Large Slimline die. Next, I ink blended the rainbows with Spun Sugar, Dried Marigold, Twisted Citron, Squeezed Lemonade and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxides using the Corner Rainbow Stencils.

I die cut three photo frames one from Say Cheese, Again and two smaller ones from the Magic Iris Camera Pull Tab-Add-On set. I die cut three backgrounds out of white cardstock for the photo frames. One sized 2 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ and two sized 2 3/4″ x 2″. For the background of the left and center photo, I ink blended the background using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide with the Cloudy Stencil. For the right photo, I used the Corner Rainbow Stencil and added a rainbow onto the bottom right corner and then I ink blended some clouds using the Cloudy Stencil with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide. Next, I used the Fireworks Hot Foil Plates with Glimmer Gold and Spellbinders Aluminum Pastel foils to create the fireworks onto the three backgrounds.

I die cut a Grassy Border for the center photo and ink blended with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide.

I stamped and die cut all the images from the sets listed below and coloured the images with Copic Markers also listed below.

For the Mickey balloons, I stamped the large circle balloon from Really High Five. Next I stamped a bubble balloon from Let’s Bokeh inside the bottom and then I stamped two smaller bubbles from the same set for the ears. I drew a horizontal line across and added two ovals.

I adhered all the coloured images onto the frames.

I stamped and die cut all the images from the sets listed below and coloured the images with Copic Markers also listed below.

For the Teacups, I stamped some hearts and a flower onto the cups. I used a craft knife and made a slit on the edge of the cups to tuck the mice inside. I trimmed the bottom of the mice to fit inside the cups.

I adhered all the coloured images onto the frames.

I added “SMILE” and “HELLO” using the Speech Bubbles and ink blended the letters with the same rainbow colors.

I finished off the card with a sentiment from Fairy Friends. I used Bubblegum, Carrot, Lemonade, Freshly Cut Grass, and Merman Ink on “Magical.”
