AIRPLANE POSTCARD WITH LAWN FAWN

Hello Crafty Friends! Today, I am sharing a postcard created with Lawn Fawn’s new Just Plane Awesome! The images in this set reminds me of travelling and I love collecting and sending postcards from each place I visit!

To start, I ink blended A2 white cardstock with Blueprint Sketch and Festive Berries Distress Oxides using the Skinny Stripes Stencil. Next, I die cut white cardstock using the largest die from Outside in Stitched Rectangle Stackables. I added a cloudy background using the Cloudy Stencil with Spun Sugar, Tumbled Glass, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide. I added a cloudy border on the bottom with white cardstock ink blended with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide and Vellum using Puffy Cloud Borders.

For the stamp, I used the smallest die from Reverse Stitched Scalloped Squares and die cut with Ladder Stitched Paper. I stamped the heart image coloured with Copic Markers listed below from Plan On It: Holidays onto a white 5/8″ square. I added postal markings using the balloon strings from Really High Five.

I stamped and die cut the images from Just Plane Awesome. I added a mouse from You Autumn Know and another plane from Flying By. I coloured all the images with Copic Markers listed below. I finished off the card with a sentiment from Magic Messages, cloud frames from Simple Puffy Clouds and a Hot Foil Stitched Trail.
