LAWN FAWN’S FURRY FRIENDS HIT THE SLOPES!

Hello Crafty Friends! Who let the dogs out?.. Lawn Fawn’s Furry Friends are hitting the slopes with this snowboard inspired card.

I started by stamping the mountain and the two tree borders from Over the Mountain Borders onto white cardstock. I used the Slimline die to trim the width of the three stamped images to 3.5.” I coloured the images with Copics ( listed below) and used White Stencil Paste with the Snowy Sky Stencil for a snow effect.

For the winter sky, I ink blended Tumble Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks onto white cardstock which was die cut with the Slimline die. I sprayed some water onto the sky background.

I used the solid line stamp from Season’s Tweetings for the gondola cable. To make the gondolas, I used the lamp piece die from Build-A-Campsite and a window frame die from Build-A-House.

I cut the window frame as shown in the above photo and I cut the “windows” in half. After I glued the pieces together, I added Snow Writer Dimensional paint with a toothpick onto the gondola.

I ink blended Fired Brick and Candied Apple Distress Inks onto white cardstock for the Joy sentiment and the gondolas. I also ink blended Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks to use for the background of the Joy sentiment.

To finish off the card, I added blue and turquoise snowflakes, and falling snow on the furry friends with a gelly roll pen.
